The issue i was having with the car was not resolved. The advisor was not a good listener. I also asked for tire pressure to be checked, the tires were over inflated that was not done.

Mike helped me out with the purchase and a minor repair.

Joel, my salesman was great at keeping me updated on the order process. Unfortunately I paid $800 extra for the waxing & paint protection and the truck was covered in swirl marks and the underside wasn’t even clean. I don’t have time to take another day off work to come get it cleaned again they need to pay more attention to their work.

Staff is very courteous and the dealership is squeaky clean.

Joel McClellan is a very knowledgeable and friendly salesman, he was able to answer any and all questions asked. Steve who does paperwork is exceptionally good at making sure all possibilities are covered without pressuring me. Our experience with Turner Buick was very positive.

My most recent visits to the dealership have been frustrating because it seems the service advisor is always trying to convince customers that they need a lot of work on their vehicle. It’s just not the same as when I first started coming to Turner. We have purchased several vehicles between my husband and I and 2 of our children. It’s best to just go to a different mechanic.

The only problem was, they didn't change oil and service as requested, so I had to make another trip back after it was completed.

All the services were performed as expected. Additionally, they were accommodating with my need to work while my truck was being serviced.

Diana and Josh both did a great job in answering my questions. When it came to getting the numbers for a deal, Josh did a great job. We were so pleased that we did not check with other dealers. We travel 120 miles to deal with Turner Buick and we are happy we did.

The dealership goes out of its way to service my truck. I think that the problem is with GM. Every time they push an update it does not solve my problems and makes me spend time resetting my system. My phone does not charge wirelessly more than 50% of the time. I can not get rid of sales pop ups trying to sell a data plan. Since one of the second or third updates I can now no longer listen to my texts. I can not fix it. I think it is worse than it was before it went in there. Something is wrong with my bumper, it looks strange. Dealer says it is fine, I can see ripples in the bumper. I have always owned a GMC truck, they have cheapened them up, added too much tech, and jacked the prices way up. I think I just have to keep my old 2014 truck forever.

It was an unplanned purchase after stopping in to look at that model. They made it happen after Ben assisted us by showing and having us test drive the vehicle. Everything was arranged so that I picked it up the next morning.

They did a great job installing my four tires and the left rear tire pressure sensor that had gone bad. It's amazing the difference in the smooth ride after getting new tires and balancing them. I noticed the difference immediately. I'm glad the breaks are good and the multipoint inspection revealed no problems. Staff were kind and listened well and followed through on my concerns.

Everyone was cordial and professional.

They kept me inform on the progress on my repairs and the bill was chealer than the estimate

I am always early, that didn't seem to be a problem. The waiting area was comfortable and I found a seat that worked for me. The people are always nice and helpful and walk you through every step. All in all it was a relaxing time and allowed me to think about what else I had to do that day. No problems brought car in for recall, they took the car in right on time and I was out in less then 45 minutes. everyone there were very helpful and pleasant.

My only issue with my experience with this dealership, is not the issue that they didn’t get my truck done the same day, stuff happens and it may not be able to get done the same day. The issue I had was when they didn’t get the truck done on Tuesday Jan 27, it’s the fact that nobody kept me updated at all on progress. Then to top it off, when they didn’t get my truck done and they were getting ready to close, I received no phone call for an end of day update to let me know what was up and that they had planned to get the truck done Wednesday morning Jan 28. I had to call sales after two calls went directly to voicemail and I had to have a salesman go to the service department that had closed to find out what was going on. That should not have to be done, it’s takes very little time to call a customer whose vehicle you’re gonna be keeping overnight to let them know what the progress is. And apparently according to reviews of this place that I’ve looked up, this has been a occurrence that happens far too often

Service advisor was cordial and kept me informed throughout the appointment. The only 2 issues with the experience that could be improved were: 1. I called the parts department Monday December 1st and provided the GM part number for the tires I would be replacing Wednesday December 3rd at my service appointment. I provided my name and the time of my service appointment and was told they would take one day to acquire. Arriving for the service appointment on Wednesday at 7:30am I was then told the tires would arrive at 10:30am. This was slightly inconveniencing due to the fact I called two days prior to ensure an efficient appointment and that the parts would be on hand. 2. I specifically requested a multipoint inspection as a service to be provided and did not receive any multipoint inspection paperwork. For example, I have no information on my brake wear and no indication of the quality of my engine air filter (my vehicle states it has 20% life left), or if there are any other components I should watching for future replacement/servicing. Overall, my service was completed and I’m happy with the service provided, just providing some feedback regarding improvements that could be made.

Turner worked to get me in with a serious problem I was having.

Had an oil change and when I got home, luckily I checked the oil life monitor and found that it was not reset. Also, I was told that the rear rotors had some rust on them and that they should be replaced. I hadn't driven the truck over the weekend and we had some rain so I'm guessing that some rust might show from the truck sitting for that period of time.

since the incident with our denali pickup truck we have lost confidence in the ability of this vehicle to deliver us to our destination safely. It would be nice if we could regain our belief that is vehicle is a step above all other trucks

Very nice experience with a professional team.

I had a fairly minor issue recently. After this brutally cold snap my gas flap was frozen shut, so I set up an appointment with Turner, and they got it unstuck and got me on my way, quickly. Hopefully a little shot of WD-40 will keep it okay, and they didn't even charge me, which I'm grateful for. The last thing I wanted to do was to take a screwdriver to the side of my Yukon Denali. I bought a brand new Acadia from Tim. Tim was awesome. He was so patient and helpful. He showed me how to use all the features of the new vehicle and never made me feel rushed. Alot of salesmen are pushy but not Tim.

Tim and the Finance manager were awesome! I got a great price right over the phone and was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours start to finish including explanation of vehicle features. I have purchased over 50 cars in my lifetime and this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

I was greeted by a very knowledgeable salesman, DAN. He answered all my questions and a very short order. We were discussing possible vehicles and a trade for my vehicle. It was very flexible with me as I was not prepared with a make model and style in mind.

Good communication from everyone at the dealership. Very straightforward sales experience. Total time at dealership between initial visit, test drive and purchase was only about 2 hours. There’s a lot of Tech in this truck and our sales associate Dan was very good at getting us setup.
