The dealership goes out of its way to service my truck. I think that the problem is with GM. Every time they push an update it does not solve my problems and makes me spend time resetting my system. My phone does not charge wirelessly more than 50% of the time. I can not get rid of sales pop ups trying to sell a data plan. Since one of the second or third updates I can now no longer listen to my texts. I can not fix it. I think it is worse than it was before it went in there. Something is wrong with my bumper, it looks strange. Dealer says it is fine, I can see ripples in the bumper. I have always owned a GMC truck, they have cheapened them up, added too much tech, and jacked the prices way up. I think I just have to keep my old 2014 truck forever.

They did a great job installing my four tires and the left rear tire pressure sensor that had gone bad. It's amazing the difference in the smooth ride after getting new tires and balancing them. I noticed the difference immediately. I'm glad the breaks are good and the multipoint inspection revealed no problems. Staff were kind and listened well and followed through on my concerns.

My only issue with my experience with this dealership, is not the issue that they didn’t get my truck done the same day, stuff happens and it may not be able to get done the same day. The issue I had was when they didn’t get the truck done on Tuesday Jan 27, it’s the fact that nobody kept me updated at all on progress. Then to top it off, when they didn’t get my truck done and they were getting ready to close, I received no phone call for an end of day update to let me know what was up and that they had planned to get the truck done Wednesday morning Jan 28. I had to call sales after two calls went directly to voicemail and I had to have a salesman go to the service department that had closed to find out what was going on. That should not have to be done, it’s takes very little time to call a customer whose vehicle you’re gonna be keeping overnight to let them know what the progress is. And apparently according to reviews of this place that I’ve looked up, this has been a occurrence that happens far too often

Service advisor was cordial and kept me informed throughout the appointment. The only 2 issues with the experience that could be improved were: 1. I called the parts department Monday December 1st and provided the GM part number for the tires I would be replacing Wednesday December 3rd at my service appointment. I provided my name and the time of my service appointment and was told they would take one day to acquire. Arriving for the service appointment on Wednesday at 7:30am I was then told the tires would arrive at 10:30am. This was slightly inconveniencing due to the fact I called two days prior to ensure an efficient appointment and that the parts would be on hand. 2. I specifically requested a multipoint inspection as a service to be provided and did not receive any multipoint inspection paperwork. For example, I have no information on my brake wear and no indication of the quality of my engine air filter (my vehicle states it has 20% life left), or if there are any other components I should watching for future replacement/servicing. Overall, my service was completed and I’m happy with the service provided, just providing some feedback regarding improvements that could be made.

Had an oil change and when I got home, luckily I checked the oil life monitor and found that it was not reset. Also, I was told that the rear rotors had some rust on them and that they should be replaced. I hadn't driven the truck over the weekend and we had some rain so I'm guessing that some rust might show from the truck sitting for that period of time.
